Why I built this

I built this because I know how it feels.

For a long time, so many of us just put up with feeling off — the low energy, the mood swings, the skin that won't behave, the periods that never seem to play fair. We're told it's normal. We're told to live with it. And deep down we know our bodies are trying to tell us something.

Like a lot of women, I tried the usual apps. I logged my dates like a good girl. And they told me... nothing. Just a calendar. No answers, no guidance, no idea what to actually do with any of it.

I built Future Her to be the thing I couldn't find anywhere: something that connects the dots between your hormones and how you actually feel — and then tells you, in plain English, what to eat and do this week to feel a bit more like yourself. No crash diets. No confusing charts. No being talked down to.

What's actually going on

It's probably not "in your head." It's your cycle — and no one's shown you how it works.

Your hormones shift across the month, and those shifts touch everything: your energy, your skin, your mood, your sleep. When you can't see that pattern, it feels like chaos — like your body's turned against you at random.

It hasn't. There's a rhythm underneath it. Once you can see it, you can start working with your body instead of fighting it — and that changes everything about how your month feels.

How it works

One small step at a time. Never a whole new life at once.

Week 1

You just track.

Log how you're feeling for one cycle. The app finds your pattern — which phase is behind your worst days.

Then

One change at a time.

Each week, it hands you a single small thing to try — what to eat, how to move, when to rest — matched to where you are in your cycle. Never a punishing overhaul. Just the next small step.

Daily

Your Future Self keeps you going.

On the hard days, you'll hear from the healthier, steadier version of you that you're building towards — a nudge to keep going when you'd rather not.

What you get

Everything, for less than a fiver a month.

Your personal cycle and symptom pattern, mapped and made sense of. Weekly food, movement and rest guidance built around your phase. Daily check-ins from your Future Self. Real answers to your hormone questions, whenever they hit — usually at 2am.

£54.99 for the year

Or £8.99 a month — but the annual plan works out at £4.58 a month, nearly half price. Less than a single coffee a week, for twelve months of help.

Frequently asked questions

What is Future Her?

Future Her is a natural hormone and cycle app that tracks how you feel across your cycle, spots your personal pattern, and gives you one small, science-backed step each week — what to eat, how to move, when to rest — matched to your phase.

How much does Future Her cost?

£54.99 per year (works out at £4.58 a month, nearly half price) or £8.99 a month. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and you can cancel any time before it ends.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get 7 days completely free. You won't pay a penny today. If it's not for you, cancel before the trial ends and nothing leaves your account.

How is Future Her different from other period trackers?

Most trackers just log dates. Future Her connects the dots between your hormones and how you actually feel, then tells you in plain English what to do this week — no crash diets, no confusing charts.

Is Future Her a natural approach?

Yes. Future Her focuses on natural, gentle changes — nutrition, movement, rest and daily habits — matched to where you are in your cycle. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from your doctor.

Which devices does Future Her support?

Future Her is available on iOS via the App Store and Android via Google Play.

You've waited long enough to feel like yourself.

Years of feeling off and being told it's normal. Years of a tracker that tells you nothing. With Future Her, you could finally know what's going on — and what to do about it.

Future Her is brand new — which means the women who join now are founding members. You'll be in at the very start, and what you need will directly shape what gets built next.
